Hi, wonderful. Hugs to you this day. Love and hugs. Hugs and love. New thoughts. New ideas.

What shall we create this day? A new way of being. A new way of seeing. Not limited to sight, sound, the sound of my voice, the sound of yours being heard now all around the world because you’re seeing how this can be so—not limited to your little corner of the world.

I’m asking you to see with new eyes, to hear with new ears, with perception that does not limit you, where you begin to take on the role of you, not the role that somebody has given you, but the role where you are creating you and your role to understand, to connect, to collaborate, to create.

Good. Yes, this is good. To be able to see is good. To be able to see beyond what you have ever seen before may be good, may be delightful, may be exciting, may be challenging.

But see, what you do every day with the first hour of your day is the most important—not, but it is, maybe close. You see, the first hour of your day, I suggest to you, establishes a compass where you’re not seeking magnetic north, true north, magnetic north, but it’s an intentional decision to begin to see, to begin to connect, to begin to not be limited by your mind. Your mind that says, “Oh, you’ve got this today, you’ve got this meeting, you’ve got this, that, and the other, you’ve got to do today and get done, and oh, yes, don’t forget to pick up Suzy.” And all of a sudden, the to-do list crashes down upon us with the weight of responsibility, the weight of remembering, the weight of doing what you’re supposed to do. What you’re supposed to do!

You see the role? You see the role that you’re automatically cast in? This is what you’re supposed to do. Of course, you’re supposed to do it. Why do you question it?

But there’s more to the story, isn’t there? There’s another way to live, and it hasn’t been preached, it hasn’t been taught. We haven’t understood. But maybe we are emerging now where religion is no more training us to be led by the will of someone else, something else, somewhere else.

I don’t want to be someone else’s product. And I don’t want you to be someone else’s product.

I lived over 40 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a friend of mine, John Mason, wrote a book—a very successful book, surely, I haven’t checked lately, but you could still find it. Fantastic title, fantastic little book. The title is An Enemy Called Average. And his byline was: “You’re born an original, don’t die a copy.” Powerful, isn’t it? Powerful. An Enemy Called Average by John Mason. Great, great guy, and his whole family, wonderful people.

I don’t want you to die a copy of somebody else. I desire for you to be you because I know the world needs you. It needs your love. The world needs your creativity. The world needs your laughter. The world doesn’t need you to be a copy of somebody else.

And when you begin, when you begin to understand your power to be the original you—well, see, yep, I have to define so many of my terms because I redefine everything. There is, as my friend Carlton Pearson used to say and laugh, “Ev’a’thing, ev’a’thing!“

You know, the problem with reality is that it seems so real. And yet, you can change it.

And this is my message, and I teach how, I teach why, I teach what, I teach the willing.

My name is Grace Cottingham, and this is the YouTube channel The School of One. I invite you to subscribe to this channel if you haven’t already. And on my website, meonics.one, because the framework of what I teach—all, everything, everything of what I teach comes under the heading, the framework, of something I call Meonics. Because see, I don’t want you to be a copy of me. I desire for you to be the real you and connect with that which does not limit you. And for you to do this is not easy. It’s actually really challenging, because everybody and everything cries out for your attention, and everything tries to convey that it is urgent.

People have written books about the differences between what’s urgent and what’s important, so I don’t care to try to cover that.

I teach like this almost every day, often an hour a day, sometimes more. I don’t have a brick-and-mortar building. I don’t have a brick-and-mortar school. I have a YouTube channel. And people can hear this all over the world. I want people all over the world to hear your voice, your voice teaching Meonics, teaching love, teaching that the first hour of your day may be the most important of all, where you begin to connect after whatever sleepless night you’ve had, or whatever you dreamed.

If you haven’t listened, if you weren’t in class yesterday, I invite you. I invite you into the class of yesterday, because it seems like, in many ways, this is very much building on yesterday.

I talked a good bit about my big white chair—my big white chair, if you haven’t seen it. There’s a whole story, a whole story behind my big white chair. And that’s a chair where I ponder so much. Not pontificate, I ponder. Big difference!

So, as my normal custom, I rise in the morning, go downstairs and turn on the coffee pot, come back upstairs, wash my face, go downstairs, fill my coffee cup, come back upstairs, and sit in that chair and I ponder. What do I mean, ponder? Well, glad you asked.

I suggest the most powerful activity, practice, habit you can cultivate is to begin to connect with who? The One. The One, THE One, THE One that’s actually the real you. See, there’s more to the story of you. There’s more to you. There’s more to your life, your ability, and your capacity to create.

I share with you some of these things. I don’t have all the answers. I am not your god, your guide, your guru. I’m an old man in Eureka Springs and my name is Grace Cottingham. It’s my legal name.

So giving you an idea of what I mean: like today, like yesterday, like almost every day, I get my coffee, I come up—but I hesitate to tell you what I was thinking when I first got up out of bed. I… I…

The mind can really be cruel, and often is. The mind can replay conversations, events, happenings, re-display pictures that open wounds and hurt. The mind is a constant reminder of your shortcomings, your mess-ups, your screw-ups. The mind can be so cruel. There’s nothing so cruel on planet Earth as simply the mind of man—the mind. The mind is base, crude, crass. The mind is never satisfied. It’s never in a state of satiety. It’s always want, want, want. And the more you give it, the more it wants, wants, wants. It wants, “I want, I want, I want, I want,” and the “I want” is never satisfied. And the primary thing it wants is attention. It wants your direct attention, your attention, your intention, your involvement. It, the mind, you see, that crass thing that’s so cruel so often wants to control you. It wants to be, it wants to be your reality—remind you of the mortgage payment, the light bill, right?

But there’s a greater reality. Another world.

So my daily practice, my practice, how I do what I do—what I do, what I’m sharing with you is not the perfect way to do this. There’s not a perfect way to do this, because you and I are both unique. And that’s good. You see, you’ve done things I have no idea about. You have skills, ability, you have experiences. You know people I don’t know. You’ve been places I haven’t seen. You’ve felt love that I haven’t known. And many of us have felt hurt that other people don’t know.

The mind wants to be your reality. It wants to control you, control what you think, how you think, what you do, how you do. It is inherently, innately selfish, self-centered, arrogant, full of hubris, and without compassion. And if there’s any love there, you plant it.

But see, in the first hour of the day, the mind—I don’t know how some people, many people live. It seems like so many people, the time they wake up, they turn on the news! I don’t know what could be worse! The daily news the time you wake up? Wait a minute! Where is your love of you, for you, to establish you, and begin to connect with you, the heart of your love?

You see, you matter. You’re not someone else’s product. Don’t be the consumer. Don’t be their consumer.

So I get my coffee, I come upstairs, I sit down, and I almost instantaneously make a decision: I don’t want to think about what I’m thinking about. I don’t want to think about that. I don’t want to think about what I dreamed last night. I don’t want to think about how I feel, because my feelings can be terribly deceptive. It’s really easy to feel sorry for myself.

So what do I do? So I picked up a printout of the new description of this channel, this YouTube channel, that I wrote yesterday. I often rewrite it, sometimes several times a week. I change my homepage, I change the website, because all of this is a process. Creation is a process. Creators create, and creation is an iterative process. You, as the creator of your world, create in an iterative process. It’s not like you just speak and all of a sudden a new car appears, or you’re suddenly living in a new house. No, my friend, there’s a process, and you are not irrelevant to the process. You are essential to the process of creation, and your consciousness makes a difference. And what you are conscious of and what you consciously allow creates you. So, you see, you are, in fact, creating your consciousness at all times. And your consciousness is creating what we call you.

So I pull my mind into that which I know loves me! I bring my mind back from this visible, empirical world that looms to represent reality, where I begin to connect with more.

This is a school. I don’t have a brick-and-mortar school. This is a school of the mind, and not being limited to the mind, no longer being limited to that which wants to cause you pain, give you an ankle bracelet, and a chain, and a stake into this physical world.

For 23 years I have talked about picking up your pen and writing. Just 23 years! I’m 75 now.

And maybe everything I share with you is worth what you’re paying for it! I give you me. What I’m giving you is my life, wrapped in love, delivered in light. You see, all of this is an energy. I speak, you hear a sound, but we’re hearing waves of energy, oscillations, right? You see me on your screen, but supposedly it’s a function of the photons that reach your retina.

See, you are a creator. And we’ve been taught that we are a creation created by another superpower. And I’m sharing with you, that superpower is you. And you can create you as your creation and remain in separation, or you can recreate you to be one with the real you, never having separated again. The choice is yours. And it’s a daily process where we begin to experience this, because it’s a very new message for many of us.

So I reach for this piece of paper and as soon as I began reading it, sparks fly! Sparks! You know, remember as a kid maybe having sparklers? You know, hold this little thing and sparklers everywhere? Sparks! It kind of seems like the sparks start igniting when I read this! I start having sparks, sparkles, expansive ideas, new thoughts. Where do they come from?

Okay. The School of One, the description of this channel now: “I teach about your power to enter a reality—a reality, to enter a reality no longer limited by what your mind perceives. Our world is not a fixed thing.”

You see, every sentence has to really carry its own weight, because YouTube only allows the channel description to be 1,000 characters.

“Our world is not a fixed thing,” but it seems like it! We wake up in the morning—oh my god, I used to call it “the gotta’s.” I’d wake up with a terrible case of the gotta’s (G-O-T-T-A, yes, plural), because I gotta go do this, I’ve gotta go do that, I gotta meet somebody, I gotta, gotta, gotta… and I called it the gotta’s. And oh, man, the to-do list, the gotta’s…

But we’re creating all the time. Now, if you don’t accept that you are your creator, you can accept the idea, the concept—you can choose to believe that a superpower created you and you can choose to believe, if you want to, that the superpower has a will for your life. I used to! I prayed a zillion prayers about finding the will of God for my life. I called it God back then, I thought God was love. I didn’t know the difference between unconditional love and common, normal love. The Bible said God is love so I believed it until I found out more of the story. See, there’s so much more to the story.

And the writer of the story is you.

Remember yesterday I mentioned a movie, The Words? Yeah, it was, I checked, Bradley Cooper, the movie was in 2012, I think. Bradley Cooper was the main person in it. Just called The Words. But I mention that movie just like I often mention movies because they’re powerful visualisations that sometimes cause sparkles in your mind.

In fact, most of you know, some of you know, I wrote a book. I’ve written two books. And the last book I wrote I called Jesus the Pattern. It’s a complete reframework, reframing, redefining the whole idea, the whole concept of Jesus and his life and his message. And I say Jesus never wanted worship. Jesus is not your Messiah. Jesus is not anybody’s Messiah. Jesus gave us a video! Jesus gave us the message. Jesus gave us the example of how he lived to no longer let reality control what he did in the world. Reality didn’t control him. He learned to do things that are impossible, not just improbable, but impossible! And he wasn’t apathetic about it.

Anyway, I talk about sparkles, right? I mentioned the word sparkle and the sparkler, and this is the cover—I haven’t printed many of these, but I have a few—and in my mind, the reason I have this picture, Jesus the Pattern, is essentially, what’s going on inside his mind: the sparkles. And that denotes the burst of energy, the connections that occur within his consciousness, within your consciousness, within our consciousness, to connect with what? To connect with what we cannot see. What we cannot see is more real than what we see.

“You are your own creator”—this is the description of the channel again—”becoming now…” Now listen! “…becoming now not limited to flesh is the natural progression for us as creators to create ourselves again.”

So I’m talking about showing you how, teaching where you enter the role of what you really are again so that you’re not relying on the ideas of religion. You’re being the real you. My desire is for you to be the real you because that’s where you connect with your power. Otherwise, you abdicate. You remain ignorant, possibly apathetic, don’t know, don’t care. You just go through your life like a robot doing what you’re told, hoping to retire one day.

I share about the next world. I share about the next world and your power to connect telepathically as equals, where we—you and I—as visibles begin to interact seamlessly with the invisibles. See, I’m talking about regaining our ability to see not limited by our eyes. I’m talking about our ability to connect with that which you may have called God, But what you call it does not determine its identity, its function, its power. No matter what you call your name for it, I’m talking about connecting with unconditional love. I’m not talking about connecting with conditional love, Regaining our ability to see and communicate—are you with me?—regaining our ability to see and communicate with other energy systems, where we no longer fear them. And if we no longer fear them we begin to learn from them. As we begin to learn from them, we, the willing, become what they are as they become us, emerging in the shared mind of One seamlessly. This is The School of One.

So when I speak about connecting in the first hour of your day, this is where you set the stage, where you determine your priority, where you begin to operate with your authority—your authority, not your authority to control, but your authority to connect! Your authority to connect with the invisible realm that we so often pretend doesn’t exist, the invisible realm that we think is unreachable, unknowable—it’s a mystery! Man cannot know that which he cannot see, or some such. But there’s more to the story.

I see a world not limited to your vision. I see a world where you women no longer suffer misogyny, you’re no longer told to be second-class or to be silent in the church because you are leading nations!

If you want to believe your Bible is truth, that God is male, and all the aspects of the party platform you call orthodox Christianity, you can do that. If you choose to do that, you already know where your road leads: it leads to death, and your last enemy will have defeated you, and your consciousness will not have reproduced anything but air. You brought to the birth just air, just air! You never created the new birth.

Or do you know anything about Isaiah and Jeremiah? Have you read them multiple times? Do you understand my frame of reference, what I’m talking about?

If you want to consider this reality and call the visible, empirical your reality, you can do that, but you don’t have to. You’re not limited. You can connect with the invisible world if you won’t fear it. But, of course, religion will decry this. Religion won’t like anything I teach because I teach you begin to become your own teacher where you begin to ponder in your big white chair or whatever, and whether you enjoy coffee or tea, you begin to understand ME—the unlimited infinite that is really you.

You begin to understand connecting with the invisible realm that’s more real than the visible. You begin to understand how Jesus did all the miracles he did. You begin to understand the infinite love of the heart that says, “If you believe in me, do all the miracles I do and more,” because your visible reality is not a fixed thing.

You see, the mind wants to be in control and dominate and commandeer your life, and it does so by religion. All of religion is based on ego. Ego is based on separation, the separation of your physical being from your real being that is not limited to your form.

We, my friends, are beginning to understand this. We’re beginning to understand what John 3:8 actually means when Jesus said, “You must be born again,” to Nicodemus. What does that mean? It’s in the verse. Can someone enter their mother’s womb a second time? What did Jesus say? “You’re a leader in Israel and you don’t know this? The wind—you don’t see where it comes from or where it goes, so is everyone who is born again.”

The limitations all come from our mind. They come from this visible reality that establishes itself in control of us to keep us powerless.

But we’re coming out of the phone booth! Just like in The Matrix movie. At the end of The Matrix movie, right? Neo walks in the phone booth, says, “I’m going to tell them. I’m going to tell them all that you don’t want them to know.” And he walks out of the phone booth, no longer subject to gravity.

You’re Neo, aren’t you?

That’s what I’m doing. I have a channel, a YouTube channel for Neos. Women and men now of every nation, tribe, and tongue will BE Neo, or will—oh, you prefer a different name? You will BE Jesus. Instead of worshipping it as an entity, you begin to become the creator to experience the message, to become the message. You connect. You begin to connect with that which will teach you from within you.

There is nothing unknowable to you. And if you are willing to do a little bit of due diligence, a little bit of research, go to The School of One website at meonics.one, click on research, research Meonics. Put in a word, put in “Meonics” and hit enter and see what you find. Begin to read the documents and you will be reading the first-person words of unedited love.

The only thing that unconditional love wants is for you to be the real you, because when you’re really the real you, you’re IT. There was never any separation until we created it, until we decided we were created by something else. So you can decide you’re created by something else so that you can worship it. You can call it God, you can call it whatever name you want to call it, but you’re actually worshipping you. You created you.

Religion came along with the great devastation, the great deception, the immaculate deception. But see, there’s just so much more to the story! And I share it with you because I desire, I desire, I, Grace Cottingham, desire for you to be who you really are. Because when you BECOME—not just the adopter of information, but when you begin to experience the connection to the point where you begin to interact in the process of collaboration with the invisibles—you begin to sparkle and glow! Whether your physical eyes confirm that to you or not, but in the real world, you will glow, because you are people of light!

And this form of our physique will no longer limit our consciousness because we are becoming consciousness of a world where unconditional love is de rigueur, the common norm. Unconditional love—unconditional love is not always trying to maximize the GDP, the ROI, EBIT. There’s more to the story!

A generation will change now in a generation. That’s… that’s quite a bold statement, quite a declarative, whether you consider a generation to be 40 years or 70 years.

Unconditional love is not powerless.

So I sit here today sharing with you me: my consciousness, my energy, my love, my light, my words, my thought, my sparkles! Oh, I think I’m going to go try to find where I can buy me some old sparklers! To connect, to help you understand your power.

I have not asked for anything from you except you to be you, to connect with the real you, so that you are no longer studying your image by the imagery that man has given you of God or something else.

When you’re serious about being you, consider the first hour of your day. Consider the power of your pen, and begin to write. Writing itself is an act of creation, an act of creation bringing something from one realm to another. And you can become very adept at that, very skilled. You can limit it to your intelligence and the function of your neurons, but you don’t have to. You can collaborate with what seems impossible, invisible, mysterious, fearful! But there’s no fear in perfect love. And perfect love is stronger than any atom, stronger than any nuclear force, stronger than your strong force, your weak force, stronger than gravity.

Why? Why study being one? Why study this? What does it matter? Because you’re the creator creating now—no longer apathetic, no longer ignorant, no longer powerless, no longer beseeching God to come heal the Earth. I’m ready for you to stand up, connect, pick up your pen, write me, connect, email if you want to. My friend, I desire for you to have my pen, where you begin to write the first-person words of—whether you call it God, you call it the real you, you call it infinite, unconditional love—where you begin to connect, and you begin to connect the first hour of your day, and you begin to care about nations, and you begin to identify some aspects of the role of your life. I’m asking you to end war. Abolish patriarchy. Terminate misogyny. Open the eyes of the blind, the ears of the deaf. Quit talking about sin. Quit trying to preach about a Messiah. Quit talking about the miracles Jesus did and begin doing them! That’s my message.

You are not inept. You are not an anomaly. We are a race of creators now creating us to be no more limited to our form. Unconditional love creates. Unconditional love laughs. Unconditional love is fearless. Unconditional love understands creation being an iterative process. Unconditional love loves to teach.

I’m inviting you, asking you, if you’re learning anything about Meonics, anything about me, anything about you, anything of value—begin to teach it! Even if you don’t understand everything that I teach, begin to connect. Begin to collaborate with the invisible realm, and no longer be fearful of it. And begin to create, because unconditional love IS A FLOW. It is not static. Unconditional love is always creating.

See your beauty. See your beauty in each other. See your beauty in every person, and begin to SEE that we have never been separate.

So when you begin to teach and you begin to heal and you begin to think differently, it affects the people next door. It affects your relatives. It affects your life, because it affects life—and there’s only one.

So we’re in this process of redefining what has seemed the most elusive, most complex word in the English language: One. O-N-E. And we’re beginning to understand the Oneness of the consciousness of the creator who’s no longer reliant on a religious story, no longer seeking something outside of us to save us or to give us our identity. We’re finally surrendering to be who we really are, in love with love.

The only one is a race of unique individuals, all powering, empowering each other to be the One, no longer in love with the mirage, an illusion of reality. Be the real you. Connect.

And begin this new operating system—a new OS, a new operating system! I use Linux, Ubuntu actually. Highly recommend it. And I highly recommend setting a new course for your life, one that recreates you as the unlimited you, sometimes seen in flesh.
