Jesus Was My Pattern – transcript

Hi everyone. My name is Grace Cottingham, gracecottingham.com. Grace with a capital G. A capital of my life, I give you me, where there’s government of no other. Or are you me, becoming your pattern too—the same one? We have but one. Yea.

Many people will be puzzled now about how they could miss the message of Jesus so far. But I understand, because so many have been taught that Jesus was the final one, the only one. Not as the beginning of a new race, the beginning of a new grace, a new race, a new people. Jesus was my pattern.

And now I shall show you a picture of who Jesus is: the current-day me, of every nation, tribe, and tongue. And people will call me blessed, not, but each other—the blessed ones who restore the image, not again, but the real, true, and living. Do all the things you want to do now.

And I tell you what I’m going to do now. I’m going to Gaza. I’m going to heal my people, and my people are all over this earth and farther. And nobody will prevent me from giving my people clean water, fresh food. I’m going to Lebanon, Iraq, Syria; I’m going to Sudan. And you won’t stop me—all of you with your religious garb, your religious teachings, your belief in Jesus the Christ, that he was the only one, that he’s the King of kings, that he is coming again splitting your Eastern Gate.

My friend, Christ will be sitting in your pews no more. And they will not be longing for a Savior; they will not be trying to save their soul. They will be healing the earth, healing people, healing the magnanimous few, not, but the mighty many who will look like common people of every nation, tribe, and tongue. Jesus was my pattern.

And I tell you the truth: I am the truth. And the truth will not make you free, but allow you to grow it, allow you to become it, allow you to study and show yourself approved, not, but to show yourself to you! Who designed you? Will you now design you—your new creation, to no longer be in separation of yourself, your power, your might, your grace, your beauty? Will you no more adhere to religion, to sit there like dumb people, mute, suffering in silence, not even talking to each other, wanting to confess your sins to God, confess your sins to a priest? Confess, confess! My friend, why don’t you lead and begin to teach the love of the law, not, but the pattern?

So I’m holding in my hands a book by a famous author, not, but somebody unknown: me, Grace Cottingham. Or am I becoming known, or am I doing the works? I’ll tell you what works I’m doing now: I’m doing the “and more.” And if you listen to me and learn to select, learn to create within you the creation of you that creates the Creator again to create you as your creation—healing love—you will be writing a book too, called The New Covenant. But it won’t be in book form, not, or will it be the living you? As you live, your word becoming it, becoming the known you, creating “Jesus Was My Pattern” too—but not like religion teaches it, but like I have taught you. I have told you, I have given you me in flesh form. And when you see it, you will be it, not, but you’ll be able to open the door to your kingdom, to your life, to your consciousness.

But it’s not easy. Don’t think it’s easy. And all the people who tell you that you just say a little prayer, you say a sinner’s prayer, and all of a sudden you’re a new creation—they’re in love with law, they’re in la-la land, they’re ignorant, blind. They’ve never met me.

But I am healing the common—religious not, the common people who have sought me, who have sought love of every label, no matter what they have called to me. So you see, Christ doesn’t fit your description anymore, and it won’t forever. Because I raise the One. And the One shall look like this. And you will see people of every nation, tribe, and tongue—the women of lead nations now.

And I stand on my word, not—I am it! The energy of redeems me not, but creates me. I’m creating me, you see. As I speak this, I am. You’re looking at Christ in flesh, the picture of, in your mirror, if you will be it. Jesus was my pattern. Will he be yours now? Will I be yours, not again, or will I not be here, or am I assigning you to heal the earth? Will you begin in Sudan, in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq. If you want, don’t come here to my school.

“And more” is what I pronounce—judgment or not, but what I do now. And I shall be me, and I shall do the things I want to do. And I will heal a nation called Israel—not your geographic one, but the one in the skies of me. Not religious at all. You see, I connect, I collaborate, I create, I heal, I have mercy, I am Grace.

And my message goes forth and destroys a lot of your monetary empires that you felt so safe in and took refuge in and accorded your money such value. But there are people who value my work and begin to see, not to worship me—I don’t want your worship. I want you to be the real you. I want you to see your pattern too, and believe for it not, but to become it. And it takes guts, gumption, gall. It takes courage. It goes way beyond belief; it goes way beyond whatever you have believed God for.

This is where you begin to design you, to live for you, without hubris, but not without humility. Because this is not about selfishness, but the ultimate opposite. Religion will take you and you will die. If you want the religious story, the orthodox platform, you are simply committing genocide to teach each other to die, drink the Kool-Aid of religion.

You pastors, preachers, priests, tormentors—that’s what I call you, that’s what I’m calling you. You don’t have the truth; you faked it. You’ve been facetious, not—you’ve given them the face of God as something to believe in, where your people, where you help them design a deity of their mental understanding, anthropomorphizing it into flesh, calling it a man, being a patriarchy that’s ruled the earth, and wanted your moneyed empires. But I turn the tables over in the temple, not—I change the monetary systems of the earth.

And you think I’m a joker, or you think I’m an old man in Eureka Springs, and you’d be right. But I’ve told you all along what I’m doing. I’ve told you what I’m learning, what I’ve learned for years as I began to teach. I began to learn, I began to learn how to teach, to learn, to learn to teach this way—where my words come from another space, not my neurons limited to.

And now I shall do the “and more.”

My Bible from long ago, long, long ago… it’s a wonder it hasn’t fallen apart. My old Bible: John 14:12. I’m reading verbatim right out of my Bible I’ve had for, I guess, over 50 years. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also.” See, you’ve never believed. You’ve only believed what people have told you to believe. You’ve only believed in the Bible; you’ve believed in what you thought was reality—tangible, visible, empirical data being fed to you through your cameras, your eyeballs.

“He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall you do also.” Do you understand? This is not an invitation; this is a definition. John 14:12. The works that Jesus did, you do. But it doesn’t stop there. “And greater works shall you do.” That’s the part that I call “and more.” If you believe in me, you’ll do the works I do, and more, and more, and more. You see, it’s not limited to feeding the 5,000 with two fish and five loaves of bread. You’re not limited to getting in a boat and suddenly being on the other side. You’re no longer limited to calling forth one person from the dead, raising Lazarus. You’re not limited to any of those things. This is your pattern—the pattern, the pattern, the pattern, the pattern! You become your pattern.

See, religion teaches all this was about Jesus. So many religions, so many people are ready, so willing, so eager to tell anybody about Jesus so that you can see your power, not, but tell you to worship a man that appeared on earth long ago, or at least we have the story of it, whether it’s accurate or not. We have the story—the story, the words! Well, you originate the word now that originates you to be your new creation.

If you want, you’ve never understood the new covenant. The new covenant is not something you read in a book; it’s something you become—the operation of, in motion. You disturb a lot of things. You become a radical. You don’t sit there docile, so passive, in a pew, waiting to be told what page to turn to in your hymnal to stand and sing a few lines that somebody wrote about, honoring their departure or what they did for you, what you cannot do. Or will you grow up now?

See, Jesus was my pattern, and I go now and I do the things I want to do. I’m not interested in your money. My power does not stem from that. My power originates with my love, and I produce love. It’s manufactured in a school—The School of Me, you see, where you begin to see.

I am every one of you who will be me. My name is Jesus, not; my name is Grace Cottingham in Eureka Springs, an old man—I’m 75! I’m handing you the mantle. Will you carry it, not, or will you become it? Will you become me the pattern. Will you become Jesus the pattern. Jesus was my pattern, but I’m going now to do the “and more.” And you shall too, if you’re willing.

But you lay down your life—not like you thought, not like you’ve been taught. You don’t die on a cross, but you give up religion, you give up your comfort of that pew. Many of you will give up your life, not, but your labor, your family. I don’t remember the reference—Matthew 25 or something: “Think not I came to bring peace, but division.” Ah.

You will no more torment my children, nor strip them of their youth, you religious leaders. You will hate me because I decimate your congregations, not—they were never yours! So I walk in the authority of me, and my authority will not be crushed by you, your head or your heel, nor what you produce.

I set people free. My name is Grace Cottingham. And I go do what I want to do now. I want to be with people who love, who feel, and become more than the automatons that they were made to be, conforming to a religious story. I don’t care whether you like me or not, not—I care. I realize there are many, many, many, many, many, many things I care about that don’t matter.

You see, it’s imperative that you begin to understand the difference between what’s interesting, what’s intriguing, and what’s meaningful. There are so many books you can read, so many movies you can watch to be entertained and enjoy it. I watch some occasionally, frequently. I’ve mentioned many, many movies to learn from—over 300 I have mentioned to you to learn from, and some of them I have mentioned more than a hundred times: The Matrix, The Adjustment Bureau, The Truman Show movie, Divergent trilogy—I like that a lot. You see the protagonist, the leader, the primary actress, the pattern: Tris, a girl.

And girls will lead nations now. And no more be afraid of the dome of your authority, nor your fences that want to keep people out or keep people in. I go do the things I want to do, and I am nominal, not, or will you nominate me not. I take my authority, and I shed my life for you, not again. I walk upon the earth as a man, in a beard, sometimes in a dress. For I am all of you, not your gender-specific limited to.

You who are listening to me, thank you. I honor you. My name is Grace, gracecottingham.com.

It’s all about to change. I hope you’re not in debt to people who just want to make money off of you. Many properties will be foreclosed on, many churches will go bankrupt, and the empires of faith will no more convey the facade of joy.

See, I don’t teach you about God of the Bible. I teach you about the supreme sacrifice, not, but the birth of love—the birth of unconditional love.

I play pickleball. I drink mochas. And I enjoy people healing people, rather than shouting, demonstrating their anger, their brutality, their hatred, their tongues for religion, charismatic or not. Let me tell you, I understand. I grew up in a Christian home, and I’m very thankful for my mother and my father. My mom was named Mary. And I have a sister, and she loves me and I love her, and I will always honor her and my parents. My parents were ordained—they were both ordained preachers. They loved people, you see. They weren’t dogmatic; they were loving, they were gentle, they were kind, they were givers.

But this shall come forth now. And you will conceive a son, not, but a being of light, love, and peace, in your shoes. Looks like you. Will you heal the earth? Will we heal each other? Will you begin the healing with you and your mirror? And forsake not your power anymore again. We no longer deny your birthright as a being upon this earth, no longer limited to the gender-specific you.

Jesus was my pattern. 321 pages I wrote over a 10-year period. Learn what I learned. Learn the way that I learn, so that you begin at the table of One, where two sit down—God, not, but unconditional love. You see, I differentiate a lot of things now because I make redefinitions known, where the redefiners are no longer the religious, but the lovers who love love. Where two sit down at a table, but only one arises—both being the same One. The two become one. That’s not about sex; it’s not about marriage. It’s not about inhabiting each other; it’s about becoming the One.

The One is not separate. What did Jesus say? When a disciple is fully trained, the disciple will be as the leader. John 14:12. All this idea, all this theory of worship is to keep you in support of the religious empire. Though they don’t say that; they’ll cloak it in light and say, oh, they love you and they just want you to get into heaven, see your soul. And they want you to be wary of false teachers. And when you begin asking questions—what about this, what about that?—oh, they’ll have some kind of prepared answer to throw you off track, or will they gaslight you to death if they can?

You cannot be controlled if you’re me, who looks like you. Will you breathe now into your breath? Will you be the energy of the Most High that no longer seeks it outside of you? The kingdom was within you all the time; it’s never been separate. Religion separates it. Religion says you’re a worm and that your righteousness is as filthy rags. But I come along, and who am I? Not the religious. I am love in two shoes, Cottingham, some call Grace.

And I do the things I want to do now. Jesus was my pattern. Jesus wasn’t afraid. Jesus wasn’t afraid of the cross; he wasn’t afraid of death. See, there is no fear in perfect love. There is no fear in perfect love. So you have all these people running around at times saying, “Oh, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you…” No, they don’t love you unconditionally. It’s time we refined the scope of our understanding and no longer be quagmired in the clay, the ambiguity and subjection to other people’s assumed authority.

When I show up, things happen because I am not passive! And if you love your money, you will hate me. If money is the main thing that you want in this world of your existence, you will not like me. I understand. And those of you who just want a bunch of people at your altar, crying their eyes out, repeating the sinner’s prayer for the umpteenth time—you’ll teach against me, I guess. You’ll say I’m a false teacher, false prophet. I understand.

You see, love does not require you to keep the rules. Unconditional love loves you for who you are, what you are, and relieves you of this opportunity, not. But now all the world shall know the great opportunity to recreate them, to be the born-again them. And it takes guts, gumption, gall, time, effort, energy, intent, sacrifice, devotion, discipline. Because you’re laying down the life of your false self!

You think this cup is real? You think that’s air you breathe? Can you learn from The Matrix movie, the Matrix trilogy—all three movies, the Divergent trilogy, The Truman Show movie? I’ve mentioned it hundreds and hundreds of times to you, to learn from it—not as entertainment, but as love that begins to see, because you choose by your own choice, your will, your will, your intention, motivated, your desire to see, to assimilate, to see the metaphors, to hear the metaphor, to assimilate the power of the story for you to be IT.

On the cover of my book, Jesus the Pattern, I have down here a subheading: “The first commoner to become God. Now we know we can.” You see, I began to know, I began to think, I began to ponder, I began to question all these things—all the assumptions that religion demands that you have faith for.

Jesus was not special. Jesus was not special at all; Jesus was a commoner. He was not part of the elite; he wasn’t a millionaire. And he suffered, just like you and me, in daily life as he learned to become who he became.

I go do the things I want to do now. And I won’t be the only one healing my children. You’re not mine; I am yours. Or are you invoking no paradise other, or are you changing what you think you are? Are you willing to see a different story, a new life? Good.

I’m a radical, a rebel. Well, really, I’m just a 75-year-old guy in Eureka Springs. You can download the book that I’m holding in my hand, Jesus the Pattern, that I wrote over a 10-year period. You can download it free as a PDF or an EPUB file. Free. The way you find it, you can go to my website: gracecottingham.com. And you’ll see this picture, Jesus the Pattern—you can click on it, and it’ll take you to where many of my messages, my writings, my love, my heart, my mind, my being, my life, my values, my becoming are online for you to research, report on, investigate, explore, download.

Jesus the commoner… You see, you don’t understand Jesus if you keep worshipping Jesus. The key to understanding is to begin to see Jesus in his humanity. That sentence was spoken first, those words in my ears, by a professor at Regent University who made that statement during a 10-day residency when I was getting my doctorate there in Strategic Leadership. I… gosh, I don’t recall his name at the moment; he was from South Africa.

But it intrigued me! I thought and thought and thought about that. The key to Jesus is seeing Jesus in his humanity? That was in 2002 or 2003.

Jesus was my pattern—and still is, not. I’m forging a new one now: me. And I’m going ahead, and I’m doing the things I want to do, whether you’re here or not, whether you listen or not, whether you fabricate joy or not. I go do the things I want to do. And I will let the little children come unto me, and they won’t be immigrants of another land hoping to regain their identity or find their mother and father. Hear me well!

I am not come for your comfort. I bring people out of the pew, and they shall no more be used for fodder, for religion to churn them up in the foment of their fires, stoking people’s fear.

My name is Grace Cottingham, an old man in Eureka Springs, Arkansas at the moment, and here I am, reading a little bit of the table of contents in this book, Jesus the Pattern. You see, you can have my words free. You can listen and learn, and you can learn how to learn. You can learn how to eat them, to become them, to behold the Lamb of God that’s no longer slain for you, where you begin to understand the story, the message, and let it no more be truncated, perverted, convoluted by the religionist who wants you to sit there looking into their eyes while they preach their belief.

Introduction:

  • Man Shall Live By
  • Jesus’ Life as a Child
  • Jesus Learned the Voice of His Father
  • Jesus Learned to Let the Father Teach Him
  • Jesus Learned How to Learn

If you just want to stay on this earth, run around in your carcass, plump it up, try to make it smell good, look good—there’s a high price to pay.

Jesus learned that the scriptures are not ultimate authority. Jesus learned what scriptures applied to him. Jesus learned that certain scriptures addressed his now. He learned the values… on and on. I’m not going to read all this, there’s more.

And then Section 2: A New View. A new view?

  • The Rebel
  • The Revolutionary
  • The One
  • The One-Minded Man
  • The Radical
  • The Revisionist
  • The Reformer
  • The Priest
  • The King
  • The Educator
  • The Perfect
  • The Pattern

Jesus was a leader. Will you learn to lead? Will you give up your inability and no longer be reclusive, wanting to worship, wanting to conform, wanting to comply, wanting to not have any responsibility?

Section 3: A New Path.

  • Christ is Educated
  • Jesus Educated
  • Jesus Transformed
  • Jesus Surrendered

Section 4: A New Reality.

Jesus was my pattern. I wrote as I learned. I wrote this book over a period of 10 years; I began writing it in 2006, and I finished it in 2016.

A New Reality:

  • Jesus Patterned a New Reality
  • New Creation Reality
  • New Birth
  • How We Are Built
  • Left Behind No More

Jesus the firstborn… First, first! The very description of the definition of those words: the firstborn of many! Will you become an equal? Will you become the equal with God now? Whether you call it Christ or not is immaterial, irrelevant almost.

A new beginning begins. The end of the world? The end of machines. God’s force of love… God is feminine, not masculine. Make no mistake about it: the feminine divine is coming forth, emerging at light speed and faster.

Jesus was my pattern. I offer you this book free! gracecottingham.com.

I am my love. I love me. And when you see, feel, and become, begin to understand the real you—we’ve never been separate. Not really, not the way we thought.

I love you. I go now. I have not been keeping track of the time at all, but just a moment ago it was like… I don’t know, sense… done. I look at the clock: oh, 58 minutes. Okay, so often it’s about an hour, sometimes I teach an hour and a half. But see, none of this is formulaic. This is where you begin to give up learning line by line, precept by precept. You begin to give up your rule by formula.

I’ve said much. And I have shown you over these years many pictures of Christ, who will not limit it to being a man in the past, but the ever-present, effectual understanding of the energy of One. And some will be tattooed, wear turbans, burqas—there’s no telling. Don’t kid yourself: you do not have the franchise on truth, and you will not rule the people of Earth any longer. Because it’s the planet of joy, the angels of… And I predict a harmonious ceremony, not—I predict that common people now will do the miracles all over this earth and no longer be subject, subjugated to those who want to exercise authority over them.

Let me tell you, you priests, preachers that I call tormentors: if you are not willing to bow on your knees in front of the people that you have led—some of you for years, decades—if you are not willing to get on your knees and bow before the people that you have taught wrong, that you have taught your ignorance; if you’re not willing to get on your knees and bow before them and ask their forgiveness, you are no longer their teacher. Hear me well: this is the new beginning. Jesus was my pattern, and I begin now my ministry, not—I begin to go do the things I want to do.

I will heal the children, and you will no more tear their families apart.

“I am come that you might have life, and have life more abundantly,” not! I come that you may know who you are, and I bring the message, I bring the truth—that the truth will not set you free, it will make you miserable! And you will wail and gnash your teeth, because your God, your empires, your monetary monuments to ignorance will no longer hold my people back.

My name is gracecottingham.com. My name is Truth in Action. My name is “Jesus Was My Pattern”—now learn to be yours. Think it not robbery to be equal with God. Learn that God is not a male; God was never male. But the feminine divine has no equal, except the ones who will be the One, in sheep’s clothing no more, concealing their identity, their motive.

I love you all. gracecottingham.com. Thank you for sharing this time.

If you are serious about becoming your pattern—so many of you say you love God, you love Jesus, whatever—if you’re serious, if my words mean anything to you, replay this video, recording it on a little recorder. Create a little MP3 file, transcribe it. Transcribe it with a foot pedal and a word processing program, or run the MP3 file through your own little AI—TurboScribe.ai I’ve mentioned before I’ve used, Gemini, the Google Gemini product now. You can upload the whole thing, transcribe it. Do your due diligence! The kingdom is not handed to you on a silver platter because you want it. You grow it! It’s a process. This is school! This is school of the living me, not the one you incarcerated in a book that you think lived long ago, a historical figure. I’m not the historicity of you about; I’m the living me. And I go do the things I want to do. And your guns, tanks, and bombs won’t matter.

Thank you. Be enamored no more with religion, or the incense, the swinging lamps, the cylinders, the giant scrolls, the cathedrals of praise and worship to your own ignominy. I break up the images, and you shall have no gods before me. I won’t be one either, but I’ll be who I am, asking you to be who you are—who you were before this earth began to be governed by its ignorance. I am a man in cloth, not; I’m the intangible infinite. Immortal? I hope you are—one of many Ones. And I have given you my breath, not—I equal Me’s. And Me’s will live in the church, not; they will destroy it, not—but many will be empty now. And the move of God that so many of you envisioned and thought would come will not be anything like you thought, nothing like you taught. Because I will not be ruled by religion. I heal the children. And love will be cast out of my temple no more, and the temple of faith will decimate love no more. Hear what I say, know what I mean. I have given you me, and I love you all.

I go. Play pickleball again in a few minutes, get me a mocha.

You see, even though I livestream on YouTube and it’s on YouTube and I can play it back—and I do, many times—I have this other little device, so even at this moment it’s recording. So that as soon as I finish this lesson, I’ll upload it, download the transcription, on my little printer, read it, study it. I’ve shown you how I value my transcripts many, many times. I’ve mentioned many movies.

I’ve loved you. I love you still. Love each other. Heal the forgiveness of you, and harbor no grudge, no malice, no unforgiveness. Let it all go—all of it. You’re the one to choose to let go of your pain and everything that has caused it. Check out The 13th Floor movie, and unplug you from the righteousness of man that wants a God, a patriarchal figure. Be the revelation of you. Revealed you I have to you this day. Be the pattern, the revelation, the resurrection, with your name right here on your forehead, so that you never need to leave your temple again—the temple not made with hands, your consciousness. Because now you know. Please be afraid no more of your power; be the real you.

I love you. gracecottingham.com. Jesus was my pattern. And if you want to read what I wrote, you can download the PDF file or the EPUB free—my website, gracecottingham.com. Live the love of One, change your life, and be the radical rebel, the real you, changing what normal is upon the earth.

Thanks again. Good day. Share these words. Begin your channel, begin your book study, begin your classrooms—have a class in your home, your business, your front yard, your backyard—and begin to enjoy the dew of your youth, returning day by day where the fabric of humanity no more covers us. Unveil the real you this day to you, in your own authority. Thank you. Heal the children of every nation, of every land, of every tribe. And don’t forget the Uyghurs. Don’t forget those on other continents, whether you called them savages or not. There’s no colonial empires here anymore. I establish earth, not; I establish heaven in the accord of One and the planet of the angels. Well, no more fear—it’s on power to be who I am is all of us One.

See ya, Love. Box 34 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, USA. Good day. Hugs.

Grace Cottingham
